Here’s a quick video I shot today that will give you some good insight into why we use things like:

  • Bentonite
  • Potassium Metabisulphite
  • Potassium Sorbate
  • Isinglass
  • Yeast Nutrient
  • Pectic Enzyme
  • Acid Blend
  • Campden Tablets
  • Sanitol
