I have twice before posted methods for making persimmon wines here on the "WineBlog", but it is persimmon season again and I was asked for a "sure-fire, one-gallon recipe for a persimmon melomel." Well shucks, you don't have to ask me twice for this one. Read more....

It is mysterious how there is that unspoken bond that wine has with us. It creates conversation, celebrations, and friends. It flows through the veins many ethnic backgrounds and will always have that special spot on the table. It is more than a drink; it is a ticket to a wonderful and engaging experience.
